HOW IT WORKS FOR PASSENGERS
● FREE SERVICE: Our Service is FREE for all users.

● NO SURGE PRICING: Users pay the standard regulated rate 24 hours a day as set by the local authority/councils, shown directly on the official vehicle Taxi meter.

● DIRECT PAYMENTS: Our app does not process or collect Taxi fare. Users pay the Taxi driver directly inside the vehicle using cash, card, or contactless payment.

● VEHICLE OPTIONS: When ordering a Taxi, users can request specific seating capacities or select an option for wheelchair accessibility.

● SAFETY: Because we only accept officially licensed Hackney Carriage Taxis, every driver is heavily vetted by local councils. We do not licence any Taxi.





HOW IT WORKS FOR DRIVERS
For Taxi drivers, our platform functions differently than all other operators.

● ZERO COMMISSION: Our platform does not take a percentage cut of the fare. Drivers keep 100% of their Taxi fare and tips.

● FLAT FEE: Drivers pay us a flat £2.50 Service Fee (regardless of the actual fare or distance) per accepted trip request, which is deducted from an in-app Digital Wallet. NO other charges or commissions, weekly or monthly fees to pay us.

● TOTAL FREEDOM: Drivers operate independently with no contractual obligation, allowing them to switch between street-hails, traditional Taxi ranks and our platform whenever they want.
